Sessions take place online, in your own safe environment. I believe support should feel accessible, simple, and effective. Not long, complicated, or overwhelming - but focused on what truly helps you move forward.

I deeply believe that no one is meant to do everything alone. Asking for support is not a weakness, it is strength. Real change often happens through connection, clarity, and working together.

My focus is on creating calm in your mind, helping you regain perspective, and giving you the tools to move forward with confidence.

Acceptance & Commitment therapy. Helps you stop fighting your emotions and make space for what truly matters - so you can live more in line with your values.

CBT

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Brings awareness to unhelpful thought patterns.
You learn to see the loops your mind gets stuck in and how to step out of them.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.

Gently helps you process emotional blocks, trauma, or beliefs that keep resurfacing.
It brings calm by resolving what your system still holds onto.

I bring a holistic view - combining lifestyle support, mental health insight, and awareness of how stress shows up in both your mind and body.

Coaching

Support that’s short-term, focused, and action-oriented.
