How it works
We begin with a first session to understand your story and identify where EMDR can support you. I explain clearly how we work, so you know exactly what to expect.

In the sessions that follow, we use EMDR to reduce the emotional intensity of triggers, anxiety, or unresolved experiences. Alongside this, I integrate ACT and CBT to support lasting change in how you think, feel, and respond.
You’ll always leave feeling grounded and safe.

After each session, you receive a short summary and action points. After the final session, a personal report with key shifts and next steps.
